Nashville, TN - The Children's Hospital at TriStar Centennial is proud to welcome M. Samer Ammar, MD, pediatric gastroenterologist, to TriStar Medical Group Children's Specialists.
Dr. Ammar specializes in the treatment of abdominal pain, gastrointestinal bleeding, constipation, diarrhea, encopresis, Celiac Disease, IBS, and general pediatric gastroenterology, hepatology and nutrition concerns.

"Dr. Ammar not only has vast experience in diseases of the stomach, liver, pancreas, gallbladder and colon, but is a great fit to compassionately support our pediatric population."
Dr. Ammar received his medical degree from Damascus University School of Medicine in Syria. He completed his pediatric residency at Louisiana State University Medical Center and pediatric fellowship in gastroenterology, hepatology and nutrition from the James Whitcomb Riley Hospital for Children at Indiana University School of Medicine. He is board-certified by the American Board of Pediatric Gastroenterology.
Dr. Ammar is now accepting new pediatric patients in his clinic office at TriStar Medical Group Children's Specialist located in the Medical Park Building on the campus of TriStar Centennial Medical Center at 330 23rd Avenue South, Suite 450 in Nashville.
